The most exciting event in the history of Dental One is the long awaited alignment of these noted professionals committed to dental excellence, continued post-graduate education, and updated technologies.

Dr. Cooper-Lall is a native Calgarian. She completed her B.Sc degree at the University of Western Ontario, in London, Ontario and completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Edmonton in Edmonton, Alberta in 1992.

Dr. Deborah Cooper-Lall (Clinical Director)

Dr. Cooper-Lall has dedicated her life to Cosmetic, Appearance-related & Rehabilitative dentistry. In March of 2004, Dr. Cooper-Lall (recipient of the Gold, Silver and Bronze medals of excellence in 2003) completed the credentialing process in cosmetic dentistry through the prestigious American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. She becomes one of only 350 dentists in the world to hold this certification – the first dentist in Calgary and the first Canadian woman. To acquire this level of international recognition, a certified dentist must have a highly working knowledge of comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry. For the patient, this means receiving the highest level of care possible in modern dentistry.

Dr. Cooper-Lall states:

Whether I'm fixing a gap in a teenager's teeth or helping a patient with total reconstruction of their mouth, I'm responsible for making clients look good and feel great about themselves. Dr. Bryce McDougall (Specialist in Periodontics)

Dr. McDougall specializes in the area of periodontics and esthetic surgery of the gums. His approach to the specialty of periodontics is based on the premise of conservative and preventative treatments. Dr. McDougall has also lectured to other dentists relating to diagnosis and treatment of periodontal conditions using safe and proven modalities. Dr. McDougall is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of British Columbia.

Dr. Darryl Kemp (Specialist in Orthodontics)

Dr. Kemp is one of Calgary's leading specialists in the field of orthodontics. His patients range from the age of 5 to 83. His philosophy of orthodontics is based on excellent occlusion (how the teeth bite together) and regular check-ups. Dr. Kemp is an active member of study clubs and has lectured to other dentists on the proper methods of treatment planning.

Dr. Gerald McAndrews (Specialist in Endodontics)

Dr. McAndrews has been practicing the specialty of endodontics (root canal therapy) for many years. Dr. McAndrews is a member of all provincial and national dental boards. He is an active participant of the Alberta Dental Association and a leader in the field of endodontics. His soft touch approach is something many others aspire to.

Dr. Brian Whitestone (Specialist in Oral Surgery)

Dr. Whitestone has devoted his life to the field of oral medicine. From reconstructive surgery to complete implant surgery, Dr. Whitestone is one of the world's leading oral surgeons. His devotion to his patients is only surpassed by his commitment to excellence and patient care in an environment filled with laughter and caring.
